Collection, use and processing data

We only collect data for personally identified processing and use when you provide such data on a voluntary basis (e.g. through the contact form) or when we need the data in order to process requests, purchase orders or contracts. In such cases, you hereby accept the applicable terms of use.

When visiting our website, some data are automatically stored on our servers for system administration, statistical or backup purposes: Your IP address, the version of your browser software, the operating system of the computer used to access our website, the website from which you visit us, the pages of our homepage you visit and eventually the keywords you have used to find our site. Under certain circumstances those data allow to draw conclusions about certain visitors to the website. However personal data cannot be used in this context. The use of such data is entirely anonymous.

Your data are stored securely and we will take all measures at our disposal to protect your data from loss, misuse or alteration.

Of course, you are also entitled at any time to revoke your consent to the use and processing of personal data with effect for the future. For this purpose, the sending of an email or a letter to the address mentioned above is sufficient. Basically, stored data is deleted when the legal or contractual retention period has expired or the data is no longer needed.

Google Maps Plugin

This website uses a plugin of Google Inc. ("Google") to display interactive maps. By using Google Maps on our website, information about the use of this website and your IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the US, where it is stored. We have no knowledge of the exact content of the submitted data, nor about their use by Google. The company denies in this context the connection of the data with information from other Google services and the collection of personal data. However, Google may transmit the information to third parties. If you disable JavaScript in your browser you will prevent the execution of Google Maps, but you cannot use a map display on our website. By using our website you declare your consent of the described collection and processing of information of Google. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the users are usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users and to compile reports on the activities within this online offer. In this case, pseudonymous usage profiles of the users can be created from the processed data.
We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the users will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other member states of the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. The IP address submitted by the user’s browser will not be merged with other data provided by Google.
Users can prevent cookies form being stored by setting their browser software accordingly; Users may also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the online offer as well as the processing of such data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
